Your privacy

What you share with me is personal. This page explains what I keep and why.

Who is responsible

Luca Fiorilli, UKCP-registered psychotherapist, is responsible for the personal information described on this page.

What this site collects

When you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, your phone number and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to arrange your free first session. If you message me on WhatsApp, your number and your messages are also handled by WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy. I do not share them with anyone, and I do not use them for marketing.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

What I keep during therapy

I keep short written notes on our sessions. They are not identified by your name and are stored securely.

With your permission, I may record a session so that I can reflect on it. You can withdraw your permission at any time and I will erase the recording. Recordings are usually kept for no more than four weeks.

The limits of confidentiality are set out in my agreement.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the personal information I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to me through the contact page. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection authority.
